Things you should know about the Las Vegas Showdown 21-22nd July hosted by Tenpin City at Lidcombe 92 Parramatta Road - entry via John Street - top level carpark. 

CAPTAINS YOU MUST READ THIS!!!

Teams must be registered with the League Secretary in the marshalling area PRIOR to 9:30 am. When registering your team, you MUST indicate whether you are competing for CASH or VEGAS. 

Matches begin at 10am SHARP - No Exceptions. 

Team captains MUST register with the league secretary 15 mins prior to next schedule match to organise score sheets.

Financial Eligibility - All players must be financial members of the BCA to play, ALL players must NOT owe any league fees or registration fees, your league balance must be ZERO.

League Shirts MUST be worn - no exceptions

Score Sheets

Prior to your match 
Both CAPTAINS must directly register the team and playing roster to the league secretary, both captains will be provided printed score sheets as a final sign off on the player grades etc. 

After your match
Winning captain must hand in both score sheets - any discrepancies must be dealt with by both captains prior to submitting completed score sheets.

Tables are set to $1, no other moneys are required on the day unless you have league fees or registration fees owing. 

League Referee - Steve Lambert will be on station as the area referee, his decision is FINAL - Call the referee before the potential infringement occurs NOT afterwards.

James and Stuart will be able to take registrations for teams in Season 2 over the weekend, we will have registration forms, venue details, contact details available.

Entry Fee is NOW $20 for your Grade and ONLY $10 for any grade above yours that you enter - Eg: Grade 4 pays $20 for Grade 4 event and enters Grade 7 event for $10, then decides to have a crack in the Grade 10 and only pays $10. Trophies will be deducted from prize money. Table fees apply. Good luck to ALL players.

League players, after some discussions and feedback from you the players we will be making some beneficial changes to the entry fees. We will post back tonight on what these look like. These tournaments are about participation and pride of winning your grade, NOT cash. Keep an eye out for the changes. The format will remain unchanged.

Tuesday 3/7/12 Ball’s Deep vs 15 Kill Confirmed [Ten Pin City] Winner takes Showdown position 14, Loser plays Winner of 17 vs 20.

Tuesday 3/7/12 Two and a Half Men vs 20 The A-Team [Ten Pin City] Winner plays Loser of 14 vs 15. Loser Eliminated

Tuesday 3/7/12 18 Dire Eights vs 19 Sink the Pink [Ten Pin City] Winner plays Loser of 13 vs 16. Loser Eliminated.

Just so you know that each grade will have its own tournament except Grade 1&2 will be combined.

You are only eligible to play in your Graded section, however you can play in a graded section above your grade. Example: Grade 4 pays $30 to enter in their section (Grade 4), then pays $30 to play in the Grade 7 section saving $20.
