Australian cuesports

Does anyone know of any venues that host tables with english (round) pockets in Sydney. Also if there are any (WEPF) comps in Sydney.

As far as I know... there are no WEPF comps in Sydney.
This city does not recognise WEPF as the dominant cue sport in Australia.
It's a pity... so many good players.

Travis, it's a shame that so many of these good 2 shot players don't play WPA rules. Except for you :)

Is two shot on TV anywhere? I mainly see 9ball, 10ball, Artistic Pool and the occassional 8ball, never seen 2 shot.

I have played there on the odd occasion, however since I have my own table at home the ned has been diminished. I know in the Newcastle/Hunter area 2 shot rules prevail but as you can gather it's a little too far to travel coming from Western Suburbs. I may not be the best component of the game of pool but I find the american style pockets on regular pub tables too forgiving and less competitive. There hardly seems a distinction between a good player and a great player. I find the the WEPF game a little more technical.

South Hurstville RSL has 2 of the english tables. Not coin operated just grab the balls from the counter.
